Netview is a free web tool that allow end users to explore the human and mouse gene regulatory networks. Users can query the system by providing a gene identifier and the boundaries of the subnetwork being explored. The system provides the list of interactions, the enriched Gene Ontology Terms together with a graphical representation of the subnetwork.
Gene ontology prediction tools allow to query the system with a Gene Ontology Term of interest or with a Gene of interest. The former tool list the set of genes that are predicted to be associated to the selected term; the latter list all the Biological Processes, Molecular Functions and Cellular component the selected gene is predicted to be part of.
Gene Signature Analysis is a web tool that allow to query the system with a list of genes (probes); the system list all the Transcription Factors that significantly regulates a subset of the provided genes.
